Shipping, Returns & Service Policies

1. Shipping Policy & Turnaround Times
Because every ball is conditioned and prepped by hand, fulfillment times vary based on the specific service or product you purchase:
- In-Stock GameGrip Elite Footballs: Inventory listed as "Ready To Ship" will be processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days.
- Mail-In Service: Turnaround time is approximately 2 to 3 business days after we physically receive your football at our shop.
- Custom Team Orders: Bulk orders take longer due to the volume of hand-prep required. Expect 3 to 5 business days for fulfillment.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx), GameGrip is not liable for items lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. For Mail-In services, you are fully responsible for ensuring your un-prepped ball arrives safely to our facility.
2. Return & Refund Policy
Due to the highly customized, labor-intensive nature of our conditioning process, we enforce a strict return policy.
- All Sales Are Final on Prepped Footballs. Once a ball has been shipped to you and used on the field, it cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
- Unused Returns: If you receive your GameGrip Elite ball and decide you do not want it, you may return it within 7 days of delivery only if it remains completely unused and un-thrown. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and a 15% restocking fee may apply.
- Mail-In Service Fees: The $65 flat rate fee for the Mail-In service is completely non-refundable once the conditioning process has begun on your football.
3. Mail-In Service Liability Waiver
By purchasing the Mail-In Service and sending us a new or used football, you agree to the following terms:
- You acknowledge that our service covers surface conditioning, mudding, and texturing. It is not a structural repair service.
- GameGrip cannot fix pre-existing damage (e.g., popped bladders, torn laces, severely waterlogged leather, or deep scuffs).
- GameGrip is not liable for underlying, unseen defects in the leather of your personal football that may become apparent during the brushing and conditioning process.
4. Complimentary Mid-Season Re-Conditioning Rules
Purchases of "The GameGrip Elite" include one (1) complimentary mid-season re-conditioning service, subject to the following rules to prevent abuse:
- Time Limit: This perk must be redeemed within exactly one (1) year from the original date of purchase.
- Coverage: The service covers standard surface re-tacking and conditioning required after normal field wear and tear. It strictly does not cover structural damage, bladder replacement, separated panels, or excessive damage caused by submersion in water/mud or dogs.
- Non-Transferable: The re-condition perk applies only to the exact football originally purchased and is tied to the original order number and buyer.
- How to Claim: To claim your free re-condition, email us at bowen@gamegrip.co with your original order number. We will email you a prepaid return shipping label. GameGrip covers standard shipping both ways.
